80 years is a long time. A lifetime.
I have two 80-year-old grandfathers. They were born during the Great Depression. They remember listening to the radio for news about WWII. They’ve watched technology change from the development of the first TVs and computers to the internet and ipods.
The world has drastically changed over the past 80 years.
And yet, in the grand scheme of things, 80 years is a very short time.
